Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing communications with patients and healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of patient records
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care services
Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in daily tasks
Work collaboratively with other team members to support business operations

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
