Process Executive

As a Process Executive for the outbound voice process in our organization, you will play a crucial role in representing our company to potential customers and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and meeting performance targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales, lead generation, or customer engagement, following the provided script and guidelines. • Present products/services in a persuasive and informative manner. • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. • Generate and maintain reports related to call outcomes and performance metrics. • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards. • Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions. Requirements: • Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the required language(s). • Strong persuasion, negotiation abilities and basic computer skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
