Job Description

You are a Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience who will be responsible for managing and executing daily operational tasks efficiently. Your technical expertise in MS Excel will be utilized to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights. Additionally, you will support the team in implementing display advertising and email marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless workflow and communication among various departments. Monitoring and tracking performance metrics to meet targets, providing timely updates and feedback, maintaining accurate records, and troubleshooting operational issues are crucial aspects of your role. It is imperative to comply with company policies and industry regulations while contributing to process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency. Collaboration with team members, proactive identification of challenges, and participation in training sessions are essential for achieving common goals. Your qualifications include strong technical skills in MS Excel, a good grasp of display advertising and email marketing techniques, and excellent English communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a rotational shift model, exhibit problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, good organizational and time management skills, willingness to learn new tools, and a customer-centric approach are key attributes required for this role.
