Job Tile - Process Executive for (Overseas Education Application Process)

We are seeking a Process Executive to join our Overseas Education Operations team. In this role, you will assist students throughout their study abroad journey, ensuring that their applications, admissions, and visa processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in completing their admission and visa documentation for universities in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and other European countries.
• Work closely with counselling and visa teams to ensure applications are submitted on time.
• Follow up with students to gather awaiting documents and provide updates on their application status.
• Help prepare and manage official documents, including offer letters, fee receipts, and related paperwork.
• Maintain familiarity with application processes, requirements, and timelines for the above countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
