Job Description:

Otoo Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational processes, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently and accurately.

Maintain and update data and process-related documentation.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Support process improvement initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Manage communication and follow-ups related to ongoing projects.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
