Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain skills in Display Advertising and Email Marketing-Tech. This is a work from office position with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required. Responsibilities Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to support business operations. Manage and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist in the execution of display advertising campaigns by coordinating with internal teams. Support email marketing initiatives by preparing and analyzing campaign performance reports. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions. Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders through regular reporting. Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes. Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and challenges. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all tasks and activities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data and reporting. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance job performance. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Have a basic understanding of display advertising and email marketing techniques. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak). Show attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports. Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
