Process Executive and Senior Process Executive

Role Overview: As a Process Executive or Senior Process Executive based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to customers, analyzing their needs, recommending products, meeting targets, and following company procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple inbound and outbound calls daily - Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools - Analyze customer needs and suggest products accordingly - Achieve customer service team targets and call handling quotas - Adhere to procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications Required: - BE-CS, IT, MCA, BSC degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, tele-calling, call center, cold calling, and customer retention process - Familiarity with CRM practices - Previous experience in handling customers - Knowledge of customer service operations - Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills - Customer-oriented attitude - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil - Discipline, positive attitude, and punctuality Additional Details: If you are proficient in Hindi, English, and Tamil and possess the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to send your profiles to murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in.
