Job Description

Role Overview: As a Process Executive or Senior Process Executive in Coimbatore, your main responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. You are expected to provide accurate and complete information to customers, analyze their needs, and recommend products accordingly. Meeting customer service targets and following procedures are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound calls and a few outbound calls daily - Provide accurate and complete information using the correct tools - Analyze customer needs and recommend products based on requirements - Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas - Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently Qualifications Required: - BE in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or BSc - 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, tele-calling, call center, cold calling, or customer retention processes - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil - Prior experience with CRM practices - Knowledge of customer service operations - Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills - Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil - Disciplined, positive attitude, and punctual Note: Interested candidates can send their profiles to murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in.
