About the Role

Process Excellence Specialist (Green Belt Certified)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) projects
to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer experience.
Conduct
process mapping, root cause analysis, RCA, FMEA, and data-driven diagnostics
across functions.
Drive
process re-engineering initiatives
to support business scalability and operational excellence.
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Risk, Product, Compliance, Quality) to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Develop and track
KPIs, dashboards, SOPs
, and performance metrics.
Facilitate
workshops, training sessions
, and continuous improvement culture across teams.
Ensure project governance, documentation, and sustainability of implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
is mandatory.
4–10 years of experience in Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement roles.
Strong expertise in
process transformation, automation mindset, and problem-solving tools
.
Experience in Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, Consumer Lending, or digital product companies is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI preferred).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
