Lead monthly planning & deployment of digital surveys; ensure >70% coverage;
Validate data quality, comments and location tagging, close gaps with zones;
Publish weekly and monthly insights : National Dealers Happiness Index (NDHI), heatmaps, TATs, NVA%, CRM hygine;
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone, 5 Why, Pareto)and drive >90% action closure SLA;
Run weekly branch governance + monthly zonal reviews, prepare monthly review inputs;
Strengthen digital adoption (App/Portal/WhatsApp, Bot) and identify automation wins;
Enable change management : SOP adherence, team training, dashboard usage
Strong Analytics (Power BI/ Excel) + RCA competency
Stakeholder management across Sales / SCM / Services etc.
