Position Summary

Process Excellence Lead

The ideal candidate is not only a skilled practitioner of process improvement but also a change agent who can influence at all levels, challenge the status quo, and empower others through structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required (Masters degree or MBA preferred. )
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 710 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level process improvement initiatives with measurable results.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to see the "big picture" and translate it into actionable plans.
• Expert in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and process design.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across functional boundaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), analytics platforms, and project management software.
• High degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
