Process Excellence & Improvement Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager Process Excellence (Black Belt), you will play a crucial role in facilitating process/performance improvement activities and enhancing quality scores by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will collaborate closely with the senior manager on various projects aimed at driving automation, enhancing processes/quality, promoting standardization, developing SOPs, and boosting customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small team of analysts for different projects. - Work with senior managers, process owners, and subject matter experts to define improvement goals and areas for enhancement. - Collect data, perform performance analysis, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful completion. - Facilitate resolution for dependencies and conflicts. - Provide regular updates to the Leadership group. - Develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (Masters/MBA preferred). - Black Belt certification (external certification from an approved training program is preferred). - Minimum 4 years of experience in change management, project management, continuous performance improvement, or data analysis, particularly within the service industry. - Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS), MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Access, Word). - Strong leadership skills. - Willingness to learn new skills, drive positive changes through cooperation and collaboration. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
