Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Process engineering design development based on international design guidelines and

good engineering practice, providing cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring technical

compliance with client requirements.

• Preparation of process Basic engineering Package for water & wastewater treatment projects. (ETP/STP/WTP/DESAL Projects)
• Preparation of P & ID, PFD, Process calculations, Process design Basis, Hydraulic Flow diagram (HFD), Process description, Control philosophy etc in water & Wastewater projects.
• Organize & attend HAZOP/SIL studies.
• Sizing of all process equipment, piping, valves & Instruments.
• Review & Finalization of all vendors offers for Process equipment, Piping, Valves & Instrument packages.
• Vendor data review and approval for all process equipment.
• Represent the company during technical and commercial meetings with potential
• customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Support to Business Development on technical presentations to and/or meetings with

potential or existing clients.

• Support Installation, Testing & Commissioning team.
• Conducting plant (process) audits and provide process expertise for troubleshooting
• and operations optimisation on O&M contracts
• Interacting with mechanical, draughting, civil, electrical and control systems engineering disciplines on engineering studies and tenders.
• Keep up to date with latest technologies, design tools & guidelines and developments inside the company, in the water treatment field and from local / international suppliers.
• Writing of technical reports. Produce presentations and/or represent the company at trade fairs and seminars.

Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech/B. E /M. Tech/ M.E in Chemical engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Process engineering.
• Minimum 5-6 years of Experience in Water & Wastewater treatment Industry.
• Relevant experience in Designing Processes for Water/ Wastewater Treatment Projects like ETP, STP, WTP or WWTP.
• Familiar with MBR, MBBR, Aerobic, Anaerobic, UF, RO, SBR, DM Plant.
