Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Detailed piping and equipment sizing and general plant design.
Preparation of all mechanical design Documents like Datasheets, Calculations, Specifications, Material requisition etc.
Preparation of all mechanical drawings like Mech GA, Layout, Piping GA, Equipment GA, Layout, Isometrics, BOQ, Detailing etc.
Preparation of Plant 3D model & Extraction of BOQ & 2D drawings from 3D.
Ensure coordinated plant design within internal team (Electrical, E &I, Civil). Perfect coordination with other disciplines.
Prepare engineering documents for client submittal
Responsibility for execution of mechanical works process of the project, coordinate on works with main contractors, sub-contractors, equipment vendors, client consultants.
Review and approval of Vendor offers.
Implementation of Vendor data into discipline drawings & Documents.
Preparation of site construction drawings and relevant documents for submission.
Preparation of AS BUILTS.
Assistance in testing and commissioning of water/wastewater treatment system
