Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial, Mechatronics

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of work experience

Role & responsibilities

• Design of Automation Machines
• Designed and developed of line automation Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Robotic Cell, Industrial Conveyors, Material Handling Equipment, Jigs and Fixture.
• Develop innovative mechanical designs for special purpose machines based on client specifications and project requirements
• Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) to create detailed 3D models and generate detailed manufacturing 2D drawings
• Maintain documentation for design iterations and changes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PLC engineers, manufacturing and Testing teams, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall machine design
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design Automation Engineer with a focus on Jigs and Fixture, Special Purpose Machines, Industrial Automation
• Sound knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stackup
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX.)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and machine components
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
