We are (Software Development Company - IT) seeking a skilled, Good attitude and experienced Medical Coder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Medical Coders with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and experience in HCC coding.

Qualification: Life Science / Medical Background (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences)

Gender: Male / Female candidates

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Working Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Medical Coders with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and experience in HCC coding. Candidates with prior exposure to Centene Tool / Platform will be given added advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse patient medical records with accuracy.
• Assign correct ICD-10-CM / CPT / HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation
• Perform HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coding as per client and CMS guidelines
• Work on Centene Tool or other client-specific coding platforms
• Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance
• Collaborate with QA and team leads for error correction and improvement
• Maintain HIPAA standards for patient information security. Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS
• Experience in HCC Coding (Mandatory/Preferred)
• Knowledge of Centene Tool (Added Advantage)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
