Process Engineer

Role Overview: As a Process Engineering in the manufacturing industry located in Faridabad, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for HVAC products. Your role will involve optimizing production, enhancing product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop manufacturing processes for HVAC systems and components, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Continuously analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product quality. - Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated solutions to streamline production. - Establish and maintain quality control measures and inspection procedures to ensure HVAC products meet industry standards and customer requirements. - Investigate and address quality issues, non-conformities, and defects in the manufacturing process. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required. - Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes to ensure consistency. - Maintain accurate records of production parameters, process changes, and performance data. - Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation. - Design, develop, and maintain tooling and fixtures required for efficient production. - Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency. - Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to safety regulations and standards. Promote a culture of safety among manufacturing staff. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction in the manufacturing process while maintaining or improving product quality. Qualification Required: - B. Tech degree with 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing industry - Diploma in Tooling with skills in Tool Design, 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Time study, Motion Study, Factory layout, capex, Automation, Costing (Design tool costing),
