Production Engineer – Make in India (MII)

Location: Delhi NCR (Gurugram / Noida / Sonipat / Baddi / Bhiwadi) cluster

Type: Full-time, in-office and travel required to factories in NCR and Baddi (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)Experience: 2–4 years in electronics/consumer goods appliances manufacturing, NPD and product operations

1. Lead Production Execution for Assigned Products

• Own the production lifecycle: pilot batches → ramp-up → mass production.
• Ensure line readiness (fixtures, jigs, tools, manpower, QC plans, BOM availability).
• Conduct pre-production reviews and daily readiness checks.

2. Coordinate Between Nuuk & Manufacturing Partners

• Act as the primary production coordinator—managing schedules, line changeovers, and material flow.
• Align closely with product, sourcing, QC, and supply chain teams to keep production on track.

3. Drive Throughput & Line Efficiency

• Monitor station-level cycle times, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements.
• Optimize operator allocation and support line balancing with factory engineering teams.
• Track daily plan vs actual and enforce recovery actions for deviations.

4. Manage On-Ground Issue Resolution

• Address real-time problems: shortages, rework, fixture failures, manpower issues, and delays.
• Conduct structured RCAs and ensure closure of corrective actions.
• Communicate daily updates with factual, concise reporting.

5. Support Cost & Commercial Alignment

• Validate factory claims related to manpower, rework effort, tooling, or capacity.
• Ensure cost implications of process changes or quality issues are escalated promptly.

Who Are You?

You love getting your hands dirty and believe that great products are built with attention to the smallest details. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a factory environment.

• B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience running production lines in consumer electronics or appliances.
• Strong technical understanding of assembly processes, testing, fixtures, and tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills; calm under operational pressure.
• Commercially aware with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working on factory floors and traveling frequently during production cycles.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
