Responsibilities: Achieve the Business results (Order Intake, Revenue and Profitability) for assigned territory and direct customers. Create territory, distributor and key customer business growth plan and drive the actions to achieve business results. Identify the gaps in geographical coverage and segment coverage and create plans to improve the network coverage and segment growth. Drive distributor sales and service engineers’ activities with identified distributor key accounts. Identify and generate the new business opportunities in terms of new products, new applications, new customers. Implement SKF segment/customer strategy and Key processes like Funnel& Visit Management, Key account management and territory management through CRM tool. Provide market intelligence and competitive information to management. Demonstrate and drive compliance to company code of conduct, ethics, policies & statuary & legal requirements.
