Process Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for internal communication.
  • Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and records in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Draft and circulate minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate with team members to track task progress and follow up until closure.
  • Support in preparing and updating SOPs, checklists, and trackers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks, follow-ups, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Offer

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
