Process Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Process Coordinator at Reinvent Digital, your primary responsibility will be to manage document organization and coordination processes effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow execution and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Organize, structure, and maintain files and folders on Google Drive with a focus on version control, naming conventions, and accessibility permissions. - Develop and maintain process documentation using Google Docs or Sheets. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using shared spreadsheets or project management tools. - Coordinate between departments to facilitate seamless workflow execution. - Set up shared drives, manage user access, and sharing settings to enable effective collaboration. - Monitor adherence to process standards, conduct periodic audits of digital files, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Train team members on best practices for Google Drive usage and file management. - Provide technical support related to Google Workspace tools. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drive. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization would be advantageous.
