Job Summary: The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across processes. This role supports cross-functional teams by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth execution. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with teams across departments to align workflows and resolve issues. Maintain accurate process documentation and performance records. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Track process metrics and prepare regular reports. Support training related to new or updated processes. Ensure compliance with internal procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+years of relevant experience in process coordination or operations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic process management tools. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
