Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

 • Coordinate daily operations between sales, site, and back-office teams.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.

• Track and monitor the progress of property transactions and client requirements.

• Assist in process improvement, workflow optimization, and timely reporting.

• Facilitate smooth communication between teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

MS Office and Google Sheets

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Prior experience in real estate operations or administrative coordination is an advantage.
