Process Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support daily office

operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should

possess strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage data, reports,

and workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational and administrative processes across departments.
• Maintain process records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Prepare and update MIS reports, data sheets, and process trackers in Excel.
• Support the QC, QA, Production, and Purchase departments in document flow and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and communication between teams.
• Track progress of assigned projects and report status updates to management.
• Assist in preparing SOPs and process improvement documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in submission of reports and data entries.
• Manage internal communication and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-based environment
• Basic understanding of pharma documentation and processes (preferred)
