Job Description

We are looking for a smart, organised, and responsible professional who can assist the Founder in running daily operations smoothly. You will act as the bridge between the Founder and the team—ensuring tasks move on time, processes are followed, and performance stays consistent. This role requires someone disciplined, detail-oriented, assertive, and excellent at managing both data and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily check-ins with all team members (Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Content Creation, Interns, etc.)
  • Review daily tasks, track yesterday’s completion, and identify delays, errors, or process misses
  • Clarify priorities and ensure every team member knows their exact responsibilities for the day
  • Maintain and update daily task trackers across all departments
  • Cross-check completed tasks and verify accuracy before marking them done
  • Follow up with team members consistently to close pending work
  • Enforce adherence to SOPs and company processes
  • Handle day-to-day issues by coordinating on WhatsApp/calls and resolving roadblocks quickly
  • Act as the first point of contact for problems before they escalate to the Founder
  • Maintain highly organised data across Google Sheets, Drive, and internal systems
  • Build simple dashboards, summaries, and progress trackers
  • Track attendance, performance, task completion, process misses, and delays
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and gaps
  • Support the Founder with follow-ups, vendor coordination, scheduling, and priority management
  • Organise data, prepare sheets, and complete calculation-based tasks when required
  • Handle confidential work with complete professionalism
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with each team member
  • Highlight achievements, gaps, and improvement areas
  • Improve existing processes and create new SOPs to enhance efficiency
  • Keep all work systems structured, simple, and updated at all times

You Will Coordinate Daily With

Operations Head, Customer Support Team, Sales Executive, Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Intern, Sourcing Intern, and the Warehouse/Dispatch Team when required.

Working Days & Timings

  • Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
  • 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Work From Office Only
