Job Description

Looking for a skilled Process Coach to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in coding and process coaching, with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate employee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Design and deliver workshops and seminars on various topics related to coding and process coaching.

Provide individualized support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their goals.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
