Role Overview

Process Co-Ordinator (PC)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental processes across

  Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Testing, QC, Logistics, Purchase, Inventory

  , and other departments.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of processes as per defined SOPs and compliance standards.
  
• Collect, compile, and analyze data related to departmental

  KRA (Key Result Areas)

  and

  KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

  .
• Generate and share detailed reports on a

  daily, weekly, and monthly

  basis to management for process tracking and decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  
• Act as a central point of communication between departments and senior leadership.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational timelines.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in

  Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, BMLT, BSc Nursing, BCA

  , or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

  of experience in diagnostics, healthcare operations, or process coordination (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  MS Office

  ,

  Google Workspace

  , and

  MIS reporting tools

  .
