Job Description Position Title: Process Co-Ordinator (PC) Department: Process Management Location: Kolkata Reports To: Senior Management / Director Role Overview The Process Co-Ordinator (PC) will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and streamlining daily processes across all departments within the laboratory business. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and a proactive approach to follow-ups to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout all operational areas. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental processes across Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Testing, QC, Logistics, Purchase, Inventory , and other departments. Monitor and ensure timely execution of processes as per defined SOPs and compliance standards. Collect, compile, and analyze data related to departmental KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) . Generate and share detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to management for process tracking and decision-making. Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Act as a central point of communication between departments and senior leadership. Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational timelines. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, BMLT, BSc Nursing, BCA , or a related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare operations, or process coordination (preferred). Technical Skills: Good understanding of laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.). Familiarity with MS Office , Google Workspace , and MIS reporting tools . Soft Skills: Strong analytical and follow-up skills with a results-oriented approach. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
