Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain companys diagnostic services and offers. Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel. Build good customer relationships and follow-up for repeat business. Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language if required). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email). Ability to handle customer queries politely and confidently. Experience in telecalling/telemarketing preferred, freshers can also apply.
