Process Co-Ordinator

As a Process Coordinator (Sales and Operations) at NoBrokerHood, your role involves coordinating sales and operational processes, improving business processes, managing quality, overseeing project management tasks, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. You will be analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and ensuring consistent operational quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to defined workflows, SOPs, and operational standards for process compliance. - Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and task execution for cross-functional coordination. - Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements for process improvement. - Track, analyze, and report process-related KPIs to stakeholders for reporting & metrics. - Monitor output quality and support corrective/preventive actions when deviations occur for quality control. - Conduct training sessions and offer support on new or updated processes for training & support. - Assist in planning, implementing, and stabilizing process or system changes for change management. Qualifications: - MBA, Operations, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in process coordination, operations, or project support roles. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in process documentation tools and MS Office Suite. - Experience with quality or compliance frameworks is a plus.,
