ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES

The Process Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of business processes across departments. She acts as the link between teams, ensuring that every step in the workflow is completed accurately and on time. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, along with strong command over Excel and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of all steps within business process flowcharts.
  • Ensure timely flow of information between departments to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and track status of ongoing tasks and deliverables.
  • Follow up with internal teams for pending actions or required updates.
  • Prepare and update process trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
  • Identify bottlenecks or delays in workflows and assist in resolving them.
  • Support process documentation, audits, and standardization initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)
