Job Description

Key Responsibilities

●Identify process gaps, malfunctions, and red flags; submit reports to management.

●Coordinate with process owners and department heads for timely task completion.

●Monitor end-to-end processes, maintain daily/weekly/monthly checklists.

●Provide regular process updates and exception reports to superiors.

Sales KPI dashboards

●Manage pre- and post-client data for events/webinars and operations.

●Oversee client gifting activities and ensure timely delivery.

●Support team handling and new process implementations.



Graduate in Commerce/Management or related field.

●2–4 years of experience in operations/process coordination (financial services

preferred).

●Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).

●Strong follow-up, execution, and organizational skills.
