Process reporting and training. Queue Allocation & Management. Update SOPs and other process documents. Ensuring compliance of all internal policies. Process improvement. Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts Additional Job Description We are Hiring Process Champions, for Heath and Benefits vertical. Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in the domain can apply.
