About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Automation Engineer with strong expertise in BMS (Building Management Systems) and Process Plant Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation systems across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for BMS and process plant operations.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Integrate control systems using industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, BACnet, OPC, etc.
• Develop control logic, functional descriptions, and engineering documents.
• Perform system testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and site support activities.
• Collaborate with project, electrical, and instrumentation teams for seamless integration.
• Diagnose system faults and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Handle integration of field instruments, sensors, drives, and controllers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Support preventive maintenance and upgrades for existing automation systems.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering.
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in BMS and process automation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, BACnet, OPC, etc.).
• Proven experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS platforms (Siemens / Schneider / Honeywell / Rockwell / Delta, etc.).
• Strong understanding of process plant operations, P&ID, control logic & automation workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Excellent documentation skills for engineering design, logic diagrams, and reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in energy management systems or smart building automation.
• Knowledge of VFDs, MCCs, field instrumentation, and electrical panels.
• Experience in commissioning large-scale BMS/Automation systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,371.37 - ₹40,374.13 per month
