TCS BPS IS HIRING FOR Process Associate Webchat role at Pune!

Job Role: Process Associate-Webchat

Job Location: PUNE

Experience required:

Undergraduate / Graduate with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Customer service experience in voice, webchat or emails (specifically insurance

would be preferred though not)

(Note: If undergraduate, then preferably 1-year of experience in international voice/chat

process)

Job Requirement:

Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)(10+2)
Immediate joiners/30 Days Notice/60 Days Notice
Should be open to working in rotational shifts & on weekends.
Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Skill Requirement:

Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to work in a target oriented environment
Good team player
Ability to Multitask
Typing speed of 35 wpm
Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.
Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence

To provide good quality customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction.
To offer assistance to customers and provide FCR.
Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence.
Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as

company policies and procedures.
