The Opportunity: Customer Service Executive - Email Process

We are hiring highly motivated and articulate individuals for a Customer Service Executive role. You will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries for one of our prestigious travel clients in the financial services sector, delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately through written and Verbal communication (Calls, Emails, Chat).
  • Maintain a high standard of English communication, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and correct grammar in all correspondence.
  • Adhere to defined process flows and service level agreements (SLAs) for timely customer resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in the designated systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.

What We Require:

  • Education:

    UG / Graduate in any fields can apply.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months of proven experience in an International Customer Service role is essential (Voice, Email, or Chat process experience will be highly preferred).
  • Excellent proficiency in verbal English communication and comprehension.
  • Strong customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a challenging and high-energy environment.

Work Structure:

  • Working Days:

    5 days working week.
  • Salary: Upto 32k CTC + Retention Bonus + Good Incentives

  • Shift:

    Rotational Shifts (candidates must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts if required).
  • Week Off:

    Rotational Week Off.
  • Perks:

    Transport facility available (within defined operational limits/routes).
