Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Banking!
In this role, Commerce graduate (preferred) for transaction processing
Average communication both verbal and written as customer interaction would be needed, higher level of decision making
Ability to comprehend information/exceptions and process transaction in line with SOP
Attention to details, high accuracy
Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good efficiency
Responsibilities
