Job Title: Process Executive – FresherCompany: HCL Technologies Department: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Operations Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Fresher Job Summary:HCL Technologies is hiring fresh graduates for the position of Process Executive. This role involves supporting operational processes across multiple domains such as finance, telecom, healthcare, or customer service. Candidates should be detail-oriented and willing to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities:Handle backend operations, data processing, or customer interaction as per the assigned process. Communicate effectively via email, chat, or internal tools. Maintain accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks. Adhere to company SOPs and meet SLA targets. Raise concerns and escalations when needed to the supervisor or team lead. Participate in training and performance improvement programs. Required Skills:Good communication skills (written & verbal in English). Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook). Good typing speed and attention to detail. Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. Positive attitude and a team player. Educational Qualification:Any Graduate (BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, etc.) No active backlogs Salary:💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC) Includes PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.
