Process Associate

Location: Mysuru.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Process Associate to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in process management or back-office operations, with strong skills in data entry, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, verification, and processing of information.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Assist in day-to-day business operations and workflow management.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company and client information.
• Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Associate, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools—especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
