Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Use AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Phantombuster, Playwright, n8n, Zapier, or similar) to streamline data collection, cleaning, and validation.
Perform data scraping, enrichment, and regular updates of law firm and attorney information.
Identify process gaps and propose AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Work with the team to maintain structured data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal dashboards.
Summarize and organize research findings clearly in written form.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to test and improve automation workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

13 years of experience in process operations research, or data-related roles.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, etc.) and automation platforms.
Comfortable with data scraping tools, APIs, or browser automation (experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus).
Excellent written and spoken English able to draft clear summaries and communicate findings.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and learning new tools quickly.
Work with a forward-thinking team that embraces AI and automation.
Learn and experiment with cutting-edge tools in real-world data workflows.
Directly contribute to improving how our firm gathers, processes, and delivers information.
Flexible remote or on-site setup with long-term growth potential.
