Role & responsibilities Use AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Phantombuster, Playwright, n8n, Zapier, or similar) to streamline data collection, cleaning, and validation. Perform data scraping, enrichment, and regular updates of law firm and attorney information. Identify process gaps and propose AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work with the team to maintain structured data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal dashboards. Summarize and organize research findings clearly in written form. Collaborate with developers and analysts to test and improve automation workflows. Preferred candidate profile 13 years of experience in process operations research, or data-related roles. Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, etc.) and automation platforms. Comfortable with data scraping tools, APIs, or browser automation (experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus). Excellent written and spoken English able to draft clear summaries and communicate findings. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
