Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• Progressive experience in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI-driven automation within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end design and delivery of conversational ecosystems - from use case discovery and architecture to deployment and optimization.
• Deep understanding of LLM integration strategies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, or Vertex AI) and trust frameworks (guardrails, data governance, prompt injection prevention).
• Expertise in multi-channel conversational experiences - voice, chat, SMS, and web - leveraging Dialogflow CX, Lex, or custom LLM frameworks.
• Experience architecting Agentic AI frameworks with tool-using agents, context memory management, and autonomous decisioning.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, API integration, microservice design, and cloud-native deployments (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with NLP/NLU models such as BERT, GPT, or Llama, and experience in fine-tuning/customizing models for domain-specific intents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution defense presentations, converting business needs into scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance frameworks as applied to AI-driven solutions.
• Experience mentoring teams, performing code and design reviews, and ensuring delivery excellence across the AI lifecycle

Education:
