Your role:

In this role, it's all about enabling our customers to be more effective employers. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our client’s experience. (P.S. Did you know that the majority of our customers are not only satisfied, but they'd recommend ADP to someone else?) As a Process Associate, you will assist in payroll processing by providing inputs and preparation of pay sheets for clients Enterprise Business Segment. Enterprise Business Segment refers to the segment of clients with an employee base of more than 1000.

What You’ll Do

• Receive input from clients
• Preparation of import files and upload ti into the payroll engine
• Process and prepare pay sheets which are to be presented to the checker for validation.
• All processing to be done using ADP payroll engine.
• Adhere to ADP’s quality standards, policies & procedures.
  

Qualifications You’ll Need

Education: Commerce or accounts graduates or CA pursuing students

Experience

• At least 0 – 2 years of overall experience.
• Knowledge on payroll is an added advantage.
• Ability to showcase working knowledge on basic Excel is expected.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
  

Bonus Points If You Have These

• Basic knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF and Taxation.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
