Process Architect

Some other highly valued skills include: - Knowledge of process reengineering and analysis. - Working knowledge of process automation tools. - Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization structure with dual reporting. - Experience working in a project team either as a member or lead. Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with tools for Process Modelling (Blue works/ Visio) and Process Mining (Celonis). - Ability to review processes, engage with Subject Matter Experts, and identify process risks and challenges. - Familiarity with process design concepts and recognizing automation opportunities for optimization reviews. - Experience as a business analyst in technology projects. - Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and thinking on your feet. Location: Noida Purpose of the role: Collaborate with stakeholders and utilize data and Management Information (MI) to identify process optimization opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas. Accountabilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data-led insights. - Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving performance and optimization efficiency. - Develop reports and presentations on performance and optimization, communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identify industry trends and developments, collaborating with stakeholders to provide change and improvement recommendations within performance and optimization processes. - Implement analytics and reporting for performance and optimization to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations. - Identify capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.
