Process Architect

Job Title: Process Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project requirements, define scope, and coordinate with the Project Manager.

• Develop conceptual and preliminary Basis of Design (BOD) documents and process flow diagrams.

• Prepare process data sheets, perform process calculations, and define equipment specifications (Reactors, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, etc.).

• Review supplier offers, technical documents, and participate in HAZOP studies.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

• Coordinate with architecture and engineering disciplines; attend client and project meetings.

• Guide and review work of the process design team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

• Support development of company design standards and mentor junior staff.

• Conduct site visits to resolve project issues.

Managerial & Interpersonal:

• Liaise with clients, system suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrate leadership, team management, and strong communication skills.

• Work effectively in fast-paced environments with a focus on quality and deadlines.
