Description
As a Process Assurance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, optimize, and manage product design and development processes in alignment with international standards. Your focus should be on enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize organizational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. - Analyze existing QMS processes, conduct process studies and simulations, and develop process control systems to enhance performance. - Analyze workflows across departments, review KPI monitoring systems, and create analytical processes to support business decisions. - Design, install, and maintain equipment and systems for product manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop process documentation including SOPs. - Gather, analyze, and report on process performance data to prepare reports and presentations for management showcasing process improvements and areas for optimization. Qualifications Required: - More than 8 years of experience in full product development life cycle projects with involvement in at least two full life cycle product development and certification processes. - Expertise in process assurance principles and practices, along with experience in various standards such as ARP4754, ARP4761, DO178, DO254, ISO 26262, and IEC 61508. - Background in avionics systems engineering, encompassing hardware, mechanical parts, and software. - Familiarity with systems engineering development and assessment processes as per ARP-4754, DO 254, or DO 178. - Knowledge of FAA or EASA certification processes, software and hardware development processes in compliance with DO-178 and DO-254, software development tools, and change management processes. - Six Sigma green belt certification and experience in auditor functions.
