Process Architect

**Job Description:** As a Technical and Development professional, your role will involve working on the layout development and general process requirements of pharmaceutical and Life Science production facilities. This includes a deep understanding of the requirements for API, Sterile Products, OSD, Bio-Pharma, Gene Therapy products, and related R&D labs. You should be prepared to learn new types of facilities as per client specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possessing a Degree in Architecture from an institute recognized by the Council of Architecture. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge in layout development and process requirements of pharmaceutical production facilities. - Being familiar with the requirements of NBC, as well as statutory and regulatory bodies such as states, local bodies, and Industrial area bodies like MIDC, KSIIC, HSIIDC. - Fluency in English writing, speech, and comprehension. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Developing working relationships across various disciplines. - Meeting or exceeding client expectations and maintaining long-term relationships. - Looking for new scope within projects and delivering with high quality. - Attending to client feedback and reviewing project plans for acceptability. - Aiming for high-quality outputs, excellent service delivery, and best project outcomes. - Identifying and addressing issues that could impact project outcomes. - Striving for "Right First Time" delivery with zero-defect approach. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture. - Fluency in English writing, speech, and comprehension. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop working relationships across disciplines.
