Process Analyst (Non-Technical)

As a Process Analyst (Non-Technical) at our office in Gandhinagar, you will be responsible for taking inbound or making outbound calls to customers with the objective of discussing non-sales related issues. Your role will involve handling all customer issues with diplomacy, tact, and respect while providing quality service through a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients, enter data into computer systems, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any queries or problems. To excel in this role, we expect you to have a working knowledge of operating systems like Microsoft Windows 10, basic understanding of Internet fundamentals, and proficiency in customer service. Knowledge of record management procedures and processes would be a plus. You should have at least 3 years of experience in an Operations Center, service industry, or equivalent role, as fresh candidates cannot be considered without prior approval from the client. In addition to technical skills, you should possess effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with strong organizational skills. The role requires multitasking, working well under pressure, and demonstrating attention to detail and critical thinking. You must be able to resolve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including working varied schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Clear and effective communication skills in English are essential for this position.
