Job Description

As a Probate Coordinator at ARCHER in Vadodara, India, you will play a critical role in managing and guiding mass tort dockets within the probate operations of CRM and Lien Ops teams. Your deep understanding of legal documentation, including death certificates, heirship documents, and probate filings, is essential for delivering services effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Lien Ops Manager, CRM Team, and US Probate Team to execute daily responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams for efficient daily operations. - Independently manage workflows by tracking and processing communications and tickets through various data sources. - Review and interpret legal documents, specifically probate-related, such as affidavits, death certificates, and heirship documents accurately. - Lead automation initiatives for probate processes in collaboration with the Operations Excellence and onshore teams. - Maintain and analyze databases using MS Excel and SQL, and develop dashboards with Power BI. - Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials. - Provide training for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Business as Usual (BAU) and ensure adherence to performance standards. - Monitor and report key metrics related to process performance. - Review RAGIC and push Probate cases to appropriate product life cycle stages for final resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in law, BBA, or commerce. - 5-7 years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation. - Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable. In addition, you should possess advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL, and database management. Strong data analysis capabilities with attention to detail are crucial for this role. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration with teams. Analytical problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement and workflow optimization are also required. **Behavioral Skills:** - Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proactive, adaptable, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Keen attention to detail and ability to anticipate and address potential challenges. - Agile team player who can also excel as an independent contributor. If you have familiarity with US legal laws or probate processes, or experience in operations or business analysis, it would be considered a preferred knowledge for this role.,
