About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Private Wealth Manager to partner with UHNI clients and manage large investment portfolios. The role focuses on relationship ownership, portfolio advisory, and delivering long-term wealth growth through products such as PMS and AIF.
If you have a strong UHNI network and a track record of growing AUM independently, this role offers significant visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage UHNI relationships (net worth above 5 crore) with customised investment strategies.
• Advise clients on PMS, AIF, fixed income and other wealth products.
• Grow AUM by engaging with promoters, CXOs and family offices.
• Review portfolios regularly and recommend strategies based on market movement and risk appetite.
• Drive revenue and maintain steady AUM growth through proactive client coverage.
• Deliver consistent service standards to ensure high retention.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Minimum 13+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Advisory
• Preferred: AMFI or IRDA certifications
• Background in Private Wealth NBFCs or Banks where wealth is the core business
  

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum 5 years in a Private Wealth role in currenet or previous Company.
• Direct handling of UHNI relationships at CXO or Promoter level
• Experience managing portfolios with ticket sizes of 25+ crore
• Currently managing

  100 crore+ AUM

• Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, Family Offices and UHNI segments
