Private Banking Executive - AVP

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President working in Mumbai, your primary purpose is to provide exceptional customer support and resolve client inquiries and issues through various channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for every customer. You will support clients with products and services, explain key features, benefits, and comparisons, guide new customers through account opening procedures, and maintain client relations by resolving concerns related to account balances, statements, transactions, and fees. Prioritizing confidentiality and security of client data is crucial, along with providing updates on banking policies, fees, and product offerings through different channels.
